Join the evolution.

Get State Radio's newest song "Evolution" HERE, and learn about our partnership with United We Serve HERE.

Many of you participated in the Serve America Challenge, and now we hope you'll all join the evolution this summer by volunteering at a local community service project between now and September 11th. Make sure to document your service experience and then share your stories with your fellow crows by writing blog posts and posting pictures and videos. We can't wait to hear about how YOU make a difference in your community this summer!

Getting involved is easy.

There are many easy ways to find local service opportunities. Go to the official United We Serve website for volunteer listings of projects across the nation. Also check out USAService.org or VolunteerMatch.com to find other ideas... or create your own project by finding a local non-profit in your area that needs volunteers!

Our emergency club is organizing a water walk for sudan on the 25th. the walk itself will simulate the process of walking with water and the proceeds will go towards building a freshwater well in southern sudan. everyone who lives in pittsburgh should come check it out!

the projects are coming up soon, and it's amazing to see that almost 80 fans have joined the challenge...but there's room for more to take part in projects across the country...i hope to get some friends together in bethlehem, pa for some environmental work.

First I'm joining friends up at Hampton Beach for the cleanup project.
In the meantime, I'm still working on fundraising ideas for the 3 day in July.
I'm currently working on a "Green" idea that would coincide with the Serve America Week and also create funds for the 3 day.
Sort of like Green meets Pink or plant a tree (something with pink flowers) whereby we can help save the planet and save a life.
I'm also participating in the Boston, MA:Walk for Darfur. I just signed up moments ago and I'm really excited about it. I want to gather others to put together a Team of Walkers.
Anyone have ideas for a team name?
