HeatherJean MacNeil
Executive Director
Heatherjean has over twenty years of experience scaling social impact organizations in the areas of entrepreneurship, sustainable fashion, consulting, and international development. She is a published author and international speaker on topics related to feminism and social justice. She has a PhD from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Simmons University. She's passionate about music, a committed bike commuter, and loves adventuring and travel with her family and three kiddos.
Maggie Arthur
Here For The Music Program Director
Maggie has been working to end gender-based violence and supporting survivors since 2009. In 2017, she earned an MSW from the University of Illinois at Chicago with focus in community mobilization. She would love to talk to you about Chicago, Dolly Parton and building a world without violence.
Annie Bailey
Engagement and Operations Manager
Annie earned her degree from Columbia College Chicago in Cinema and Television Arts, and has since contributed her efforts to leveraging music and activism. She enjoys music, dancing, and Chicago weather (for real!)
Chloe Cohen
Social Entrepreneurship Co-Op
Chloe is a music industry, communications, and psychology student at Northeastern University. She loves studying the music industry’s intersections of politics and gender equality. She loves music, her a cappella group, and her puppy.

Sybil is the co-founder and chair-woman of Calling All Crows, and a co-founder and designer at sirTANK Design.
Chadwick Stokes
Chadwick is the co-founder of Calling All Crows, and a musician, known for his solo career and work with DISPATCH and State Radio.
Monica Hinojos-Capes
Monica is a purpose-driven leader with 20+ years of creative experience in feminist, racial equity, diversity and inclusion, peace-building, and political initiatives.
Danielle Wilkes
Danielle is a nonprofit executive with extensive experience in fundraising and developing corporate partnerships.

Kelsey is a Development Director at Camp Jabberwocky, a residential summer camp for people with disabilities.
