Music has the power to inspire change, and there are incredible grassroots organizations and leaders creating a better future for us all that need additional support. Artists, venues, festivals, managers, promoters, volunteers, and grassroots organizations power our work to connect and mobilize music fans to join feminist movements for justice and equality.

"As a black cishet male music lover and longtime performer who has been awakened to the ways the music industry is awash in patriarchy and misogyny, I was called to this work. I can remember how excited and activated I felt throughout my first Calling All Crows-led bystander intervention training, which I just so happened to notice on the festival schedule the night before.
The following day (which marked the end of the festival weekend) Calling All Crows hosted an incredibly inspiring and informative panel addressing sexual violence in the music industry, and *immediately* afterward, I was at their volunteer tent excitedly telling Bonnaroo passersby about the #HereForTheMusic campaign to end harassment and assault in live music."

Every year our team of staff and volunteers return to Bonnaroo to train to train select staff and volunteers before the fest kicks off, as well as festival-goers throughout the weekend.
